THE OLD TESTAMENT CONFIRMS THAT JESUS IS GOD

How can you tell the difference between a lie and the truth without first knowing the truth? Those that are being deceived are deceived because they have refused to know the truth so they accept every lie that comes their way to be true. You must know the truth to beware of a lie.
While some argue that Jesus is not God, it can be seen even from the Old Testament that God the Father referred to Him as God. Let's see Psalm 45:6-7 "Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.
Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows". That's KJV see verse  6 again from CEV"You are God, and you will rule forever as king. Your royal power brings about justice". Incase you are still in doubt of who was speaking here and to whom He was referring to, still follow me to Hebrews 1:8-9 "But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows". I believe you can see the truth for yourself and it is now very clear to you that Jesus Christ is God the Son? There are so many other books in the Old Testament that confirms that Jesus is God. Even Jesus Himself said so in John 10:30 that He and the Father are one. The trinity is based on God's word; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

Fallacy, Jesus is not God, Jesus said I an my father are one... The oneness doesn't mean the same person but that they have like minds. The Bible says that a man will leave his father's house and get married and he will become one with the wife... Does it mean they will become the same person??

I like it when people read the Bible and understand, whoever tells you Jesus and God are the same the person is lying to you.

I'm not a too much Bible person but I have seen several places in the Bible where it's clearly written that Jesus is the son of God.

Ericksson thanks so much for your comment. Please follow the Bible accurately. In the book of Psalms that I used as my major Scripture which is also confirmed in the book of Hebrews, God the Father your throne oh God is forever and ever, He was referring to the Son. Jesus is God the Son and will always be. There are so many instances in the Bible, 68:20 "He that is our God is the God of salvation; and unto GOD the Lord belong the issues from death" was also referring to Jesus. That's why Lord here is written in initial capital letter then small letters, when it refers to God the Father LORD is written in all capital letters like in Psalms 69:13 "But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O LORD, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation". The Psalmist offers his prayer to God the Father and that's why we pray to the Father through the Son, both the Father, the Son and the Spirit are God in one. The Bible is not to be argued just to study, meditate and ask the Holy Spirit for help. My points have been made clearly from the Scripture. If you think otherwise; prove me wrong with the Scripture as well but that can never be possible. Thanks

If you are not a Bible person how do you intend to know the truth? This is not fallacy my dear because am showing you the truth right from the Word. Study your Bible, dare to become a Bible person.
