Cursed for Doing Good

Do you know that some people are suffering from curses for which they don't deserve to? Some were born with strange covenants and unknown curses. In fact,  some persons who could have been rewarded and blessed for their good deeds ended up receiving curse instead, painfully enough, they are not even aware that they have been cursed. If God does not open one's eyes to see certain things then one might never pray the right prayer regarding some areas of his/her life and might die struggling in a particular area. That is why we see some born again Christians  suffering from some things that are not normal, sometimes we consider them to be trials of faith but it's not a trial but curse or unbroken covenants, not that God is not faithful but a curse is speaking against them and that is because they've not prayed the right prayers. Christ has indeed delivered us from the curse of the law but we must stand on the word of God to proclaim and manifest the blessings of God because we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers, against rulers of darkness and against spiritual wickedness in heavenly places, if you fail in the place of prayer, you are already a prey to them.

Kenneth Hagin of the blessed memory in one of his books said he struggled financially until the day God revealed to him that the devil is the one attacking his finance, then his eyes were enlightened and he broke out of poverty. Now you get what am saying right? What if God didn't reveal that to him or rather; what if he didn't seek God enough for God to reveal that to him? He would have probably thought that it was a trial of faith, maybe he could have remained poor for the rest of his life. Our eyes must be spiritually open.

I have personally struggled in so many areas of my life, though am a Christian, committed to the service of the Lord, intelligent, hardworking, graduated with Distinction acquired some skills to enhance my profession after school, yet no good job, I struggle financially and I was wondering what was happening. Not just myself but other members of my family struggle in so many areas as well. I will attend interview, they will confirm that I did well but won't employ me. I was some how confused, till God opened my eyes to see the root cause of my problems. Once I caught this vision, I started praying with better understanding and my breakthrough is here.

I want to take you to an account in the Bible that actually provoked me to write this and I hope you will be provoked to seek God's face till He reveals some hidden things to you. Jeremiah 20:15-17 "15 Cursed be the man who brought tidings to my father, saying, A man child is born unto thee; making him very glad.
16 And let that man be as the cities which the Lord overthrew, and repented not: and let him hear the cry in the morning, and the shouting at noontide; 17 Because he slew me not from the womb; or that my mother might have been my grave, and her womb to be always great with me".
Looking at these 3 verses, what fault or sin did this innocent man commit?
He brought glad tidings to Jeremiah's father when Jeremiah was born. Years later he was been cursed for carrying out a noble cause. What a sad event! Why should he slew an innocent child? As Jeremiah pointed he should have done. We should be very careful of what we say as believers especially in difficult times. Jeremiah said all these because he was currently going through a tough time forgetting that he is a prophet and God honours the words of His servants. Don't forget that the Bible in John 20:23 says  "whoever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them, and whosoever sins ye retain, they are retained". So that innocent man if he was still alive will suddenly start experiencing strange things at his old age which will eventually affect his generation either way.
Should curses like this of Jeremiah prevail?
In conclusion, I am saying that curses exist and have actually deprived some persons a lot. The Bible says causeless is the curse without a cause. So, if that curse has a cause, it's not causeless because it has a base for standing.

Anybody can get discouraged when going through difficult times but when you do know your God, you always speak like Paul; "what can separate me from the love of God"? We should always know that the love of God supersedes every trials and tribulations.

I want you to look at your life carefully and try to find out coincidences that are common or repeated in your family. Maybe you are born again yet you struggle in some areas of your life and you can discover that other members of your family struggle in this same areas. You need to seek God's face and break free for Jesus has set you truly free, the devil is only capitalising on your ignorance or negligence to prayer. I want to see a prayer giant rise within you.
Breakthrough through prayers!
