STEP-MOTHER AND STEP-CHILD

Hello Peaceables', let's talk about pressing issues in our African society. This is mainly for women who marry men that already has a child or children maybe out of wedlock or lost their first wife while the child/children are still very young. He remarried so the child/children could have a mother figure and equally meet his needs and to have a companion.

Some ladies have proven to be so wicked and inhumane. What they do to their step children is so evil and barbaric. How a lady will mercilessly beat up a child simply because she didn't give birth to that child is unimaginable. You claim to love him but you can't put up with his child/children knowing ahead of time that he has a child/children that needs a mother's love. My dear, if you truly love such a man as you claim, it will be evident in the way you relate with and treat that his child/children. Please ladies, stop this act of wickedness, been that you are a woman yourself, a mother in the making, whether you've been pregnant before or not, I know that you know that children are heritage from the LORD and the fruit of the womb is His reward, you can't buy it at all, you also know that it is not easy to carry another human being for nine months, the pain of child bearing is not a slight one at all, I know because I have seen people in labour severally and I have asked about child bearing. I have sisters and sisters-inlaw that have children as well; so, I know what am saying.

The place of discipline should never be taken for granted for proper upbringing but act of wickedness is no discipline at all. Whatever you cannot do to your own child, don't do it to your step-child or any other child. Besides, your husband's child is your child. It is possible that you might not easily get along with the child/children because they don't trust you yet, don't know you yet, see you as an intruder and a stranger, just be patient with them, put yourself in their shoes and with your love you will win them in no time.

Let's not keep quiet when we see such evil in our environment, do something to save that child/children. Report to the rightful NGO, don't even go to the police, find an NGO to put such woman in her place. Let's stop domestic violence! Let's save the child! Let's save our society!
